Nancy was recovering from surgery that occurred two weeks earlier. A friend was visiting when Jesus said to her, "One more day of rest and, then, hop to it."
Jesus said to the friend through Nancy, "What am I going to do? I sent an angel and she is still not comforted."
Jesus then said to Nancy, "Look at you. I come and you are not comforted. You want to follow Me then walk in My footsteps.
"I give you a gift that no one has and you are still troubled by man's opinions.
"Look who I am.
"Nowhere else am I appearing like this and you don't believe Me. You are questioning My words. I am reading your heart. Talk to any other visionary in the world and they will not understand how I am appearing to you this way.
"Oh precious one, when will you come to know the gifts I have given you? When will the world come to know the gifts I have given them? You do not understand My gift and the world does not understand My gifts.
"If you receive a gift and you don't understand much about it, you should go to the gift giver and let Him help you."
Nancy then said, "Jesus showed me walking in His footsteps in the mud. Then I looked around to see if there was anything easier and the Blessed Mother and an angel are helping and showing patience. I am looking around with pains on my face. The Blessed Mother and the angel are patiently looking at me and helping, ignoring the scowls on my face."
Jesus then said, "Thank you for writing My words."

Nancy and a friend were reading John 3:15, "So that everyone that believes in him may have eternal life." Nancy said, "this is true but you must act on this belief from your heart. If you say you believe and act otherwise, you don't believe. Your heart is read by Jesus and He knows if you believe or not."
The Blessed Mother then said, "What counts is living the gospel."

| 550 | 03/09/1993 | The Vision of Jesus Crying and Looking Down over a City |
In a vision, Nancy saw the bust of Jesus. He appeared over a big city. Jesus was continually crying as He looked down over the city. Nancy begged Jesus to have mercy on the city and the inhabitants of the city. Jesus kept crying and crying. Nancy couldn't bear to see Jesus crying any longer. She said to Jesus, "Do what you have to do and do it quickly." The vision then vanished.

During the night, Jesus woke Nancy many times to pray. Usually there is a specific reason for her to pray even though Nancy may not understand the purpose at first.
The next morning at Mass, Jesus appeared at Mass in bright, mystical light. His robe then turned to a blood red.
Around noon Nancy saw a man appear on a cloud in a dazzling white robe. The man had a sickle in his hand and he began to swing the sickle.
